This week, we joined industry professionals, passionate Associates, and leading organisations at the Royal Academy of Engineering in London to open doors for students from lower socio-economic backgrounds and pave the way to exciting careers in motorsports.

Highlights:

✔️ Panel Discussion: Driven by Us took part in an insightful panel alongside experts from Silverstone Circuit, Mercedes AMG, Lola Cars, and Aston Martin Formula 1—sharing career journeys and advice on breaking into motorsports.

✔️ Interactive Workshops: We also delivered hands-on skills workshops in collaboration with Motivez, giving Associates valuable experiences to develop industry-relevant skills.

✔️ Networking & Career Insights: A chance to explore engineering and non-engineering roles in motorsports, with Causeway Education introducing their new STEM careers resource.
