An Electrifying Weekend Begins
The London E-Prix wasn’t just the finale of a season, it was a momentous gathering for the Driven By Us community. Over 90 members joined us, turning the ExCeL Centre paddock into a hub of passionate fans and shared excitement. The weekend opened with a thrilling Friday track walk, giving everyone an up-close view of the unique indoor-outdoor circuit that defines London’s dramatic race.

On-Track Drama: London E-Prix Race Highlights
The racing itself was every bit as electrifying as the atmosphere.
On Saturday, the first of the two London races, fans witnessed a masterclass in strategy from Nick Cassidy in the Jaguar. Starting from the middle of the pack, Cassidy bided his time, using his Attack Modes with precision and executing a perfectly timed move to take control of the race. As the laps ticked by, his calm determination paid off and he crossed the finish line in first place. Behind him, Nyck de Vries showed grit and consistency, muscling his way into second for Mahindra, while Pascal Wehrlein kept Porsche’s championship fight alive with a solid third-place finish. For our members in the stands, it was a tense, wheel-to-wheel battle that set the stage for a dramatic finale.
Sunday’s race, the last of the season, felt like a farewell party and a coronation all in one. Cassidy once again proved unstoppable, signing off his final outing with Jaguar in style by claiming back-to-back wins in London. De Vries, clearly comfortable on the ExCeL circuit, repeated his podium success with another second place, giving Mahindra a reason to celebrate. Sébastien Buemi, ever the fighter, delivered one of the drives of the weekend by climbing through the field to take third, thrilling the crowd with every bold overtake.
For the championship, Oliver Rowland had already secured the Drivers’ crown before arriving in London, but the weekend cemented Porsche’s dominance, as they wrapped up both the Teams’ and Manufacturers’ titles. From the grandstands, Driven By Us members got to see not just racing, but history being made.

Community Engagement: Fan Zone and Main Stage Highlights
On Friday, our members gained exclusive access to the track and Fan Zone before the rush of race weekend. On Saturday and Sunday, they enjoyed full race-day access and the Driven By Us podcast team even took centre stage. Our team hosted live interviews on the main stage, engaging with Formula E representatives on the championship’s ongoing push for diversity, sustainability, and inclusion in motorsport. “Seeing our podcast team on the main stage at an international motorsport event was incredible. It shows how far we've come as a community and how far we can go together.”
