From day one, our team has worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure we have a space to drive positive change, inspiring the current and next generation, by making motorsports more accessible, removing barriers. 

Our vision is to lead the way in championing and supporting talent authentically, helping them succeed in their journey within from early careers to boardroom. 

We are committed to ensuring that the automotive and motorsport industries benefit from diversity, particularly in STEM and Media roles. 

We always advocate for the integration of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) practices across the industry, ensuring underrepresented groups and ethnic minorities have the opportunity to flourish long-term.
