James has a combined 13 years experience in the automotive & motorsports industry of which 7 years within Formula 1. He is a Systems Engineer who has previously worked in Formula 1 for Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Team. His responsibilities included maintaining all on and off car electronics & systems on a wide range of heritage cars driven by the likes of Sir Lewis Hamilton MBE. He broke into F1 in 2017 and spent 6 years working in at McLaren Automotive and McLaren GT now (Motorsports) before getting a chance to showcase his talents in F1. An unique accolade James holds is founding the industries first organization of its type, Driven By Us (DBU). DBU has gained club recognition status by Motorsport UK supporting allies of ethnic monitories, ethnic monitories & women in all areas of STEM from grassroots to elite F1, providing safe space and networking within the industry. In July 2023, James was awarded the Points Of Light Award by the UK Prime Minster before the British GP. An outstanding and prestigious award for creating Driven By Us CIC. He is an qualified and serving STEM ambassador, who is passionate about aspiring the next generation of engineers and community members believing any career is possible, through talks, discussions and interactive sessions.

George Imafidon MBE is an award-winning Humanitarian Engineer and social impact leader from Peckham. He was named Young Engineer of the Year in 2022 and is the CEO of Motivez, an organisation supporting young people from underrepresented backgrounds to access opportunities, particularly within STEM. George is also a Performance Engineer with Team X44 and a board member for The Hamilton Commission. Amongst other roles, he is an active alumni of The Amos Bursary helping raise £1 million for the charity. In 2023, George was recognised for his work in the King's Birthday Honours List for services to young people in STEM.

Francis Mensah is an independent Financial Services Professional with over fifteen years of experience in Change Management in Capital Markets. He currently manages the Driven By Us Driver Academy and is working closely with Rob Smedley’s Global Karting League (GKL). Francis works to provide an affordable and sustainable pathway for diverse drivers which includes driver development and evaluation. Driven By Us have a database of 45 competitive diverse drivers on its books that are ready to be talent assessed.

Asha’s leadership extends beyond technical realms; she is also an active advocate for the motorsport community. As the Head of Partnerships for Driven For Us, she has helped pioneer the establishment of the motorsport club, driving diversity and collaboration within the automotive and motorsport sectors. Driven By Us’ collaborations with renowned organizations across the United Kingdom and the United States has amplified cross-industry collaboration and innovation, with aims to leave a lasting impact on the motorsport community.

Jahee Campbell-Brennan is an engineering consultant specialising in vehicle dynamics with over 10 years experience. Jahee is a highly qualified engineer who runs Wavey Dynamics, his own consultancy which specialises in vehicle dynamics, race engineering, powertrain and aerodynamics across motorsport and automotive. Jahee also at the forefront of black representation and diversity in motorsport.
