Driven By Us Mensah Racing eSport join forces for another year in British F4 eSport Championship 2024

Exciting news over here at Driven By Us!

The following professional Sim Racers will be racing for the Mensah Racing Driven by Us esports team in the 2024 Motorsport UK British F4 eSports championship. They will also be training the DBU Academy drivers, as part of a pilot programme this year on technical car setup and the impact on handling dynamics as well as driver race craft.

From a Driven By Us perspective, using virtual cars is a cost-effective way of teaching the STEM skill set that will contribute to filling the diversity gap in the virtual and real-world Motorsport job market.

Matt Caruana:

Matt has been a Sim Racer for a few years and has an excellent track record. We have recently recruited Matt from his previous team, Kimura Racing. Matt is the lead driver for the DBU team this year in the single seater F4 car and will be representing Team UK later this year in the FIA Motorsports games in Valencia.

Kieran Prendergast: 

Kieran is an outstanding Sim Racer in the GT Car category. He recently won the competition at Williams racing to represent Team UK in the FIA Motorsport games in Valencia later this year. Kieran is from a diverse background, understands the challenges through lived experience and is keen to work with DBU to upskill our drivers.
