The F1 Las Vegas GP will showcase the importance of marshals in motorsport. At Driven By Us we recognise that our marshals play a crucial role in ensuring safety on and off track and fairness of races

We managed to catch up with Asha and she informed us "Did you know thousands apply internationally to official every F1 race and only ~300-400 total personnel (around the world) are selected per race?

And to be selected for a chief or specialized position is even smaller. Most marshals (officials/referees) have on average 5+ years of Motorsport Marshalling experience to be considered for an F1 race, outside of local programs for new talent.
