Celebrating Driven By Us & F1 History! 

Formula 1 has introduced the long awaited Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) charter.

Driven By Us welcome this announcement and the accompanying message from Formula 1 about its commitment to delivering change with actionable measures.

We support their 4 pillars to address that align with our own integrated offering through our community at Driven By Us, together working towards:

🏆Scholarship and Career Development: Expansion of engineering scholarships, internships, and apprenticeships for underrepresented groups to create pathways into the sport.

💼 Inclusive Hiring Practices: Development of a diverse talent pipeline, ensuring inclusivity across technical, commercial, and leadership roles

🏎️ Driver Development: Introduction of programs like the F1 Academy, which aims to support young drivers by providing funding and training to advance their careers.

🗣️Cultural Transformation: Emphasis on creating an inclusive workplace culture through diversity training and reducing pay gaps.

At Driven By Us we believe that a collective and collaborative effort is key and we are pleased to see the impact of our own ground-breaking work so far play important role the past 18 months. 

We look forward to continuing workings with Formula 1, FIA, the teams and wider motorsport industry to create long term systemic change and ensure all people see themselves represented in the sport. Ensuring we all achieve the increasingly meaningful actions across all strands of diversity and inclusion.
